Possessing something and using it to its full potential are two different things. Like "Talent, without smart work is useless", similarly no matter what you eat and drink, to increase the energy release in your body, it is useless until you have the brains to use the energy in the right way.
Our body needs a lot of energy release just after we wake up because we haven't eaten anything throughout the night and we are surely deprived of energy. So, we need to eat something which can increase our energy release. Now here is the time we need to use this energy release in the right way possible, to keep ourselves energetic throughout the day. We need to quickly utilize this energy by warming up, by exercising, by walking, by running or doing any activity so that our body gets the required kick.
Here is a list of tips which you must follow to remain super active throughout the day -
- Make sure, you do something which makes you happy- sometimes we are so lost in pleasing others, that we forget about our own self. So, how can you expect your body to support you when you don't take out some time for your body!!!!
- Never eat all at a time - this one is the main cause of increasing or decreasing of the energy level inside our body. We must eat a definite quantity of food so that it gets the necessary space to form chemical reactions and release the required energy. So remember to eat "A low quantity of food at regular intervals"- a plus point is it will make you fit.😉
- Drink a lot of water throughout the day - every time you feel thirsty, you must drink water. Water is that reactant which your body needs to carry out any chemical reaction to release energy in the right quantity.
It is you who should have the control in deciding when your body should go to sleep and not vice versa. You must not end your day when your body feels tired, rather it should be you, who must at the end the of the day advice your body to take rest.
