What is FEAR ?? Fear is a state of mind, in which the mind stops functioning in the normal way and forgets about the super power it possesses. Fear is our own creation . We create this in our mind, so that we may find an escape from the difficulties of life. FEAR is like a FLY . Have you noticed how a fly comes to you again and again, when you try to remove it or blow it away!!!! But when you allow the fly to sit on your body, it may sit there for a second or two, but ultimately it flies away without causing any harm . Similar is the case with FEAR . The more we try to avoid it, the more it will annoy us and ultimately make us helpless.So, stop running away from it, instead do something which causes FEAR TO FEAR YOU . Because just like a fly does cause any harm when you allow it to sit on your skin, fear will not cause any harm to you when you make efforts to face the fear .
