BEING CONTROLLED BY LOVE IS FAR SUPERIOR THAN BEING CONTROLLED BY STRESS




STRESS- First of all I want a promise from you all that none of you will take any kind of STRESS in reading and find a solution on "How to reduce stress"?? Because this blog post will not be of any use if you all take stress while reading my blog.
So now I am all sure of the fact that you have dumped your stress just for 5 minutes.

You have to, first of all, understand what STRESS is and what causes STRESS before we get into how do we need to reduce STRESS.

STRESS - When we start on something ( I mean to start on a point) and without our awareness, we reach to a different point within seconds, then my friends you can be sure that you are in STRESS. Rather I should say that STRESS has taken over you by all means and finding an escape from this point is really really difficult.
The moment we are aware of the fact that, we are confined by STRESS, we can put our effort into overcoming and defeating it. This is the best possible way I have discovered on defeating STRESS. We can only find a solution to a problem when we actually discover what the problem is.

Here are a few methods I would like to share with you, which I have tried to reduce stress in my life -

  • fall in love with nature - no love is better than nature love, no love is purer than nature love, no love is selfless compared to nature lovers. So make this your habit, like you need to breathe to live on this planet, similarly, you need to love nature day in and out to be happy on this planet.
  • fall in love with yourself - you need to learn to love your own self. Love your voice, love your soul, love your skin, love your body, love every part of you and observe the change you feel. Because the moment you start loving yourself you will in no way do anything of any kind which will cause stress to you.
  • learn to speak truth to yourself - the dumbest thing anyone can do is lying to themselves and the strange thing is most of us to lie to ourselves. There are many faults and mistake we commit which we are not ready to accept. When we do not accept anything wrong, we will always be in a situation of STRESS because LIES keeps on revolving around us till we accept it and be TRUTHFUL to it.

Acceptance requires a lot of guts, especially when you need to accept something which is wrong with you. It may be difficult, but the kind of relief it provides in your inner soul, I am sure you all will never forget once you experience its pleasure. It's kind of DIVINE. That kind of feel is ADDICTIVE and don't let this ADDICTION go.
