ANGER - the cause of all DESTRUCTION . A good manager without being able to control her/his ANGER , will only lead to the downfall of the company . It can destroy any BUSINESS, RELATIONSHIP and FAMILY . The main cause of ANGER is- "Things don't happen , the way we want it to happen...so our mind starts running in different directions and as a result is unable to control itself... and finally to get rid of the complex situation makes an OUTBURST ... but in actual the outburst only complicates the situation and creates TROUBLE . Effect of ANGER after outburst- suppose the outburst of ANGER came at a time when the project was in a final stage, it creates a sort of confusion among the employees about your character... and they may not support you in future for any project. if the outburst of ANGER happens in an early stage of ARRANGE MARRIAGE OR LOVE MARRIAGE , it can create a whole lot of wrong impression in the mind of the other PARTNER ... and she or he may ...
