DO WE EVER WONDER, WHY WE ARE ALWAYS SHORTAGE OF TIME???
The shortage of time starts all from the moment we fall asleep. It is equally important to plan your sleep... we also need to plan the things,we should do before we go to bed.
The nurturing of our eyes and brain , before we go off to sleep, determines the whole of the next day.
Most important thing is, we should not expose our eyes to the screen of any electronic equipment say mobile phones etc. Make sure you keep a gap of at least 10 minutes between using an electronic device and going to bed...it will help us keep our eyes cool and clear.
Waking up early gives you that extra hour, which no money , no hard work can buy. It gives an hour of mental peace and calmness. Our mind functions the best just after we wake up.
It is in a sleepy mood even after few minutes of waking up, so the human mind will listen to whatever you say in that sleepy mood, because it is not in a mood to argue with you...
