MAGIC OF MEDITATION

 MEDITATION - almost everyone has got their own definition of meditation. 
A very popular rumor about meditation is that, it is practiced only by people of old age group.
Another popular rumor is that, meditation is only for those who suffers from depression.

MEDITATION, in simple language is a way of keeping the NON STOP CONTINUOUSLY FLOWING COMPLEX MIND empty at least for a few seconds if not more.
Doing this everyday  for few minutes will help you be in PEACE WITH YOURSELF.

Just a few minutes of early morning meditation INCREASES THE FOCUS OF MIND EXPONENTIALLY.
MEDITATION IS PERHAPS THE BEST  TECHNIQUE EVER DISCOVERED FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT.
